For tour and transfer operators
From the day before, you know what goes out, with whom and with what gear. And if something changes at the last minute, you have everything at hand to rearrange the operation in minutes.

Resources and staff
When the day is put together in a chat and a spreadsheet, the waste doesn’t show until the minibus has already left.
Óscar has two departures at 08:30. Bryan is free from noon and nobody knows it. The guide for the 15:15 group still isn’t confirmed.
You see every person and every vehicle hour by hour. The clash is flagged before you publish; the 2 h 30 gap shows up as a gap, not as a surprise.

Bookings
A booking’s status lives in email, on WhatsApp, in your booking platform and in a spreadsheet. Four versions, none of them complete.
An agency sends the request by email. Someone copies it into the spreadsheet, someone confirms it on WhatsApp, and the cancellation lands in another inbox. The passenger shows up at the dock anyway.
Every booking has a code, a status and a source. Bookings from your platform come in on their own, in seconds. The agency’s email arrives already read: you check the proposed details and create the booking.
Your booking platform, agencies by email and whatever the office creates all write to the same list. When you sell, you see the departure’s real availability, not yesterday’s.

Supplies and dispatch
Ten snorkel pax means ten life jackets and twelve bottles. When that lives in the storekeeper’s head, what’s missing is found out at the dock.
The two-leg combo takes cookies on the first leg and towels on the second. Someone remembers, or not. The guide calls at 07:50 asking about the ice.
Every departure has its item list worked out per pax and per leg. The storekeeper loads, scans and checks off. You see 6/6 departures ready before the first minibus leaves.

Security and data
An operations system holds the most sensitive part of your business: who you sell to and at what price. These are the measures that protect it.
Pricing
A booking engine charges you between 1.5 and 6% of every sale. Tour Journey charges a subscription, plus a few cents per activity if you go over what’s already included. A booking with three tours counts as three activities; passengers don’t count.

Let’s talkFounder offer. The first 10 operators get the founder price for the first year on any plan, with onboarding at 50% off. It doesn’t stack with the yearly discount: the founder price is already the lower of the two. If you’d rather pay once, you can pay the year in advance at that same rate.
Prices in USD, excluding taxes (in Costa Rica, + 13% VAT; outside Costa Rica, no VAT). Billed in colones at the BCCR selling exchange rate on the day of issue. One-time onboarding: $500 on Starter, $900 on Growth and Pro — migration, setup of products and rate sheets, Bokun connection and initial training. Staff location on Starter as an add-on: $29 a month with 5 people; $5 per additional person on every plan. Additional storage: $0.60 per GB up to 15 GB, $0.40 up to 50. AI credit packs of $25, $60 and $150, final price. Activities are counted by the date the booking was created; bookings cancelled before they run aren’t charged. Monthly plan with no lock-in. Yearly plan: 10 monthly base-rate payments in advance, with a 12-month commitment — those two months of difference are the discount for the commitment. Access is guaranteed until the end of the paid term, and the prepaid base rate isn’t prorated if you decide to leave early — unless we remove a substantial feature, or change the price and you don’t accept it, in which case the unused part is refunded. Additional usage is billed every month, and you can move up a plan whenever you want. The founder price replaces the yearly discount and doesn’t stack with it: founders pay that rate for the first year, monthly or in advance, and from the second year on move to the list price in effect. Any list price change is announced 60 days ahead.
